It is not uncommon to find the intricate corporate rivalry to enter the internet. Since the internet becomes all the things of tomorrow it is the next corporate battlefield. The adverse comments against someone in cyberspace can’t be eliminated but they can be moved back further through better comments on the same subject. It is just tricky to find out all the adverse comments on the issue. There is no software even to block the source or the origin of these comments or remarks as they are mostly in public domains with independence of comments.
There is some software to detect all the comments from a particular source but it is not easy to find out how many sources have been used, a clear vigil and cyber sense are helpful in this regard. The most effective way in reputation management has been a continuous stream of positive remarks about the client throughout the cyber world. It is special knowledge to know how to gain most impact from minimum posts.
The internet is a cheap and expansive place. It is very easy for all those disappointed with a company or an organisation to post negative comments. There is the curtain of hiding for all who want to hide. All these make internet an ideal place for negative remarks. There can also be vested interests to motivate another agency in doing so; all these can be countered but with proper method and system. It is needed to find the company with the system.
